This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 165m2 home in the popular Ravenswood subdivision in North Canterbury was designed by LMS Drafting and Design to suit this specific section.
It was sold as a house and land package, with the client moving to Australia for work just after the foundation was poured. We kept the client updated weekly and managed any variations via phone and email.
We faced a hold up with frames but used this time to get the paths, patios and vehicle crossing completed saving us time at the end of the build. The client also took this opportunity to complete some garden bed boxing.
We protected the hard and soft landscaping with black polythene and bidim during the build which performed well.
Internally the cedar feature fins along with the contemporary kitchen give the home a modern, warm feel. The layout ensures the living, kitchen and master bedroom are flooded with sunlight.
This build was a wee gem to complete and Bird Built’s quality craftsmanship shows throughout.
