Constructed of Summerhill Stone and aluminium joinery this 1980’s 2 bedroom flat just mostly required an internal update. With separate toilet and shower rooms, we opened this up to now be one room providing more space for a bath to be added. Along with a new bathroom; new kitchen, vinyl, carpet, painting, window dressings and heatpump was completed. With no garage a gate was added that gave the home owner the option to store a vehicle or trailer behind it giving them more security. A few earthquake damaged piles were also repaired.
