This renovation of a 1980’s 2 bedroom flat in Sydenham was completed in June 2018.
Constructed of Summerhill Stone and aluminium joinery this flat just required internal updating. With separate toilet and shower rooms we have opened this up to now be one room giving more space for a bath to be added. Along with a new bathroom; new kitchen, vinyl, carpet, painting, window dressings, heatpump and landscaping was completed.
